Return & Refund Policy — Hive of Elegance

At Hive of Elegance, your satisfaction is part of the experience we've designed for you. If something isn't right, we're here to make it right — gracefully and without friction.

Returns We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn and in original condition
  • Free of scratches, damage, or signs of use
  • Returned in their original packaging

To initiate a return, please contact us at Support@hiveofelegance.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 24 hours with return instructions.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status within 2 business days. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged piece, etc.).

Exchanges We gladly accept exchanges for a different item of equal or greater value within 14 days of delivery. If the replacement item is of greater value, the difference will be charged at checkout. Contact us at Support@hiveofelegance.com to begin an exchange.

Damaged or Incorrect Items If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the item and your order number. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you — no return required.

Non-Returnable Items The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Items marked as final sale at the time of purchase
  • Items showing signs of wear, alteration, or damage caused after delivery

Store Credit If you prefer, we are happy to issue store credit in lieu of a refund. Store credit never expires and can be applied to any future purchase at hiveofelegance.com.
