At Hive of Elegance, we believe the experience of receiving your jewelry should feel just as special as wearing it. Every order is handled with care from the moment you check out to the moment it arrives at your door.
Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed after 5:00 PM CST or on weekends will begin processing the next business day.
Shipping Options & Estimated Delivery
- Standard Shipping — 5–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping — 2–3 business days
- Overnight Shipping — 1 business day
All orders ship from Bloomington, Minnesota via USPS or UPS. Delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak seasons or due to carrier delays.
Free Shipping We offer free standard shipping on all domestic orders over $75.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery in real time.
Packaging Every Hive of Elegance order is carefully packaged to arrive as a gift — because your jewelry deserves a grand entrance.
Lost or Delayed Packages If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at support@hiveofelegance.com within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to locate your package and make it right.
Domestic Shipping Only At this time, we ship within the United States only. International shipping options will be announced as they become available.
