2. Products All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Product images are for illustrative purposes and may vary slightly from the physical item due to screen display differences. We make every effort to accurately represent the color, finish, and size of our jewelry.
3. Pricing & Payment All prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. We accept all major credit cards and other payment methods available at checkout. Payment is due in full at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to cancel any order in the event of a pricing error.
4. Orders & Cancellations Once an order is placed, it enters processing within 1–2 business days. Cancellation requests must be submitted before the order ships, as orders may be processed and shipped immediately after placement by contacting us at support@hiveofelegance.com. We cannot guarantee cancellations after processing has begun.
5. Shipping We ship within the United States from Bloomington, Minnesota. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed. Hive of Elegance is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
6. Returns & Refunds Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review it at hiveofelegance.com/policies/refund-policy.
7. Intellectual Property All content on this site — including images, copy, logos, and design — is the property of Hive of Elegance and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without express written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability Hive of Elegance shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the order in question.
