Can I modify or cancel my order?
Cancellation requests must be submitted within 12 hours of placing your order by contacting us at Support@hiveofelegance.com. Once processing has begun, we are unable to guarantee changes or cancellations.

Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all domestic orders over $75.

Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we ship within the United States only. International shipping will be announced as it becomes available.

Dubai-style gold-plated jewelry features a thick, high-quality gold coating applied over a base metal, inspired by the bold, luxurious jewelry aesthetic of Dubai's gold markets. It delivers the look and feel of solid gold at a fraction of the price.
How long will the gold plating last?
With proper care, your pieces can maintain their finish for 1–2 years or longer. To avoid contact with water, perfume, lotions, and harsh chemicals. Store pieces individually in a soft pouch or jewelry box.
How should I care for my jewelry?
Proper care keeps your pieces looking radiant for years. Here's what we recommend:
- Remove before swimming, showering, or exercising
- Apply perfume and lotions before putting on your jewelry — never after
- Wipe gently with a soft, dry cloth after each wear
- Store in an airtight pouch or plastic bag with the air squeezed out to prevent tarnishing — this is the single most effective storage method
- Avoid velvet or silk-lined boxes — even beautiful ones. The interior materials are often chemically treated and can accelerate tarnishing on gold-plated pieces. Opt for paper boxes or plastic pouches instead
- Follow the golden rule: Last on, first off — put your jewelry on after you get dressed, and remove it before you undress

How do I start a return or exchange?

My item arrived damaged — what do I do?
We're so sorry! Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the item and your order number. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
